What your account stores

Signal Ready stores your email address, account identifier, sign-in sessions, and your study activity: answers, flags, active sessions, results, and progress. This lets you resume on another device. Sign-in services may also record connection information, such as an IP address and browser information, to operate sessions and limit abuse.

Email and essential cookies

Resend delivers sign-in emails from Signal Ready at login@blueforceinnovations.com. Sign-in links work once and expire after five minutes. Essential cookies keep your account signed in for up to seven days, with renewal while you use the service. Signing out ends that device’s session; other signed-in devices remain separate. Never share a sign-in link.

On this device

A small account-scoped retry record can hold a pending change when a connection fails. The interface tells you when a save is unconfirmed and lets you retry or discard the pending device change. Older browser-only progress is never imported automatically. You review the destination account and choose whether to import it; the original device save is preserved.

Optional ChatGPT sign-in

A ChatGPT account is not required. Where supported, you can explicitly link your own ChatGPT identity from your account. Signal Ready records the verified identity link; matching an email address alone does not link accounts.

Administration and control

Authorized administrators manage accounts and content and can suspend access. Privileged changes are recorded for accountability. Resetting a class clears that class’s study history, flags, and active session; resetting Technician also clears its imported archive. Other classes, your account, and the original browser-only save are unchanged. A minimal import receipt remains to prevent the same archive from being imported twice.

Retention and account deletion

We keep your account and saved progress until you request deletion. Send privacy questions or a deletion request to support@blueforceinnovations.com. We verify that the request is yours before an owner removes the account. There is no self-service deletion button.

Deletion removes your email, profile, sign-in sessions, linked identity, pending sign-in links, saved study activity and imported archive from the active application database. Minimal internal IDs and administrator action records, including timestamps, remain for security accountability without your original profile. A retained internal account record is locked and cannot sign in or be restored. Registering again creates a new account without the deleted progress.

Deletion does not erase an original browser-only save or copies on your devices. Hosting backups, service logs and email delivery records are separate from the active account database; we do not promise they disappear immediately. Contact support for questions about these records.
